An action plan for teenagers battling depression in Plano, Texas

Instructions

Depression/mental health in teenagers( 13-19 years old). Community that we targeted is palno texas.

1). Attached is the powerpoint that we created on depression/mental health on teenagers in plano.

Instructions are to create an action plan on this topic we created( Depression/mental health in plano). The action plan is to be specific on what kind of teching we will provide to  the teenagers battling drepression/mental health in plano.The type of tecahing hs to be specific.

for example video games,handing out colurful brochures( putting in mind that they unerstand the content of the brochures, where we will hand out these brochures ie youth meetings. Partnering with the local government agency to teah about depression,social media,identify different 

resources offered by the gorvernment,coping mechanisms,group meetings every week.

2).  Attached is an example of  how the Action plan needs to look like -This topic  health care concerns with preganant Teenagers is just an 

example of how our work needs to look like.We are to follow this same format.

3). Attached are instriuctions and expectations of the assisgnment.

The EVALUATION: Should be measurable. For example after 4 weeks of attending the relaxation techinique meeting; the teenagers will be able to...

This teaching will be on a power point.

The professor gave feed back on the powerpoint that we presented on teenage mental health/depression attached.
