Evaluate the current organizational or interprofessional team proformance with respect to prescribed benchmarks set forth my CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) in regards to reduction of Hospital Acquired Pressure Injuries.  In additon adcovate for ethical action to 

address bechmark underperformance and explain the potential for improving the overall quality of care and performance , as reflected on a

performance dashboard.

The process measures on the dashboard are for all patients at high risk for skin breakdown

1. - patient placed on pressure re-distributing mattress

2 - Patient turned Q2 hours

3 - Silicon foam dressing applied sacrum and other pressure points

4 - Nutrition consult placed
