Most would agree that good communications are essential in all aspects of life. In responding to critical incidents, whether it is a natural or human-made disaster, it is critical. In 2018, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put out a document called, CERC: Messages and Audiences (Please see the article).
