The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the principles and concepts presented in the course text Leading Change by Kotter. For this discussion, select a concept of interest from Kotter chapters 3-10, “The Eight Stage Process” (e.g. communicating vision, empowering employees, or the concept of short-term wins). Write a essay that integrates personal experience regarding the concept with current developments and best practices from industry.

The essay should be at least 600-800 words.  For the essay, students must support their assertions with a text and at least four scholarly citations in APA format.
