1. Explore the advantages of students and educational professionals using OER media. Address the following questions in your paper, organizing them to present a short scholarly paper that provides a justification for using OER and recommends a process to ensure high-quality products: 

a. What advantages does OER offer to educational professionals? 

b. How will using OER change student learning in the Caribbean? 

c. What types of licenses and limitations are placed on OER products? 

d. How might copyright laws hinder the development of OER? 

e. Where do you find OER? What organizations help creators distribute OER? 

f. What processes are followed by these organizations, and how do they ensure high-quality media for distribution? 

g. What process would you recommend to developers of OER products?

h. What are the disadvantages of OER? What challenges do developer’s encounter? 

2. Use proper spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. 

3. Your paper should follow APA 7.0 style, including an APA-formatted cover page, pagination, and a reference list, and Times New Roman 12 point font.
