Students will review TWO strategic plans of non-profit organizations and write a paper (4-10 pages double spaced) that address the following factors:
How well does each organization's plan relate to its vision?
How well do the goals and objectives in each plan relate to their SWOC/T analysis? If there is no SWOC/T analysis included then state this. You still must analyze each plan's goals and objectives. Are the goals and objectives realistic?
What are the key strengths of each plan?
How realistic is each plan?
What suggestions do you have for improving each plan?
Note; This paper should not simply list the questions and answer them, but rather present an organized critique and comparison of the two documents.
