Using Longman’s book as a guide and your own reading of the Historical Books, find an example of a person with power in each of the following books: Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 or 2 Samuel, 1 or 2 Kings, Nehemiah and Esther. (You should find seven persons total.) Due Saturday by 11:59 pm CST
Read each person’s story and then evaluate whether they provide a positive or negative example of the wielding of power.
In your evaluation state the specific action that you are assessing and why it is a negative or positive example.
Finally, what role do you think “wisdom” might play in determining whether a person uses their power for good or for not so good ends?
