While this quote was said in 2009, we have made much headway in the area of patient/client-centered care but still have a long way to go. 


What system and patient-related barriers affect the delivery of nutrition services to older adults across the continuum of care?  What can you do to address/overcome these barriers? Identify one or two specific barriers in your care settings below and address them in your response. My care setting is the long term care setting.
