Part 1: The

  as to why I want to purse becoming a Marine Officer of the United States. 

Just to start off the one of the  reason why I want to be as there mottos states the "one that they call first" the reason being is because I understand that being the first not easy. I am familiar with that concept  

based on my roots and history as a Black American. I understand that being the one they call 

first comes  with it trials but by facing challenges or setbacks but  it also comes with rewards because 

shapes character which is a relfection of leadership. You can also add some other things as long as it

 leaves an strong impression. 

Part 2: The requirement its to answer this question with 175 words or less. The question to answer is to 

Describe any job position where you

were given special trust and confidence, or any management 

experiences you have

had:

A recent expericence where I was given management expericence is when my supervisor placed me in 

charge of facilitaing weekly meetings and providing him with weekly reports.

Some other experience where I was given special trust and confidence is when I held a job as an human resource management assistant. The paperwork that I had to process consisted of sensitvie information 

such as payroll information, benefits, social securtiy numbers.
